Our Refunds Policy
At Tiny Luxe Weddings, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. However, due to the nature of digital downloads, we maintain a no refunds policy once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Why No Refunds?
Our digital products (spreadsheets, PDFs, and Canva templates) are instantly downloadable upon purchase. Once you have access to the files, they cannot be recalled or resold. This is standard practice for digital products across the industry.
What This Means
✓ Once your purchase is complete and the product is delivered, it’s yours to keep and use.
✓ You can download, print, edit, and customize your products as needed.
✓ You have lifetime access to your purchase (download links remain valid).
✗ Refunds cannot be issued after download or access has been granted.
✗ We cannot process refunds for change of mind, technical difficulty on your end, or accidental purchases.
Exceptions: When We Will Help
While we don’t offer refunds, we absolutely stand behind our products. If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:
Technical Issues
- The download link isn’t working
- The file is corrupted or won’t open
- You’re having trouble accessing your purchase

Product Quality Issues
- The product doesn’t match the description
- The file is damaged or incomplete
- You received the wrong product
We will: Replace the product, provide a corrected version, or refund the purchase in full.
Billing Errors
- You were charged twice by mistake
- An unauthorized purchase was made on your account
- A technical error caused duplicate charges
We will: Issue a refund immediately upon verification.
